Dear Members,
We are excited to announce that TLC will re-open to Member play with invited guests on Wednesday at 1pm. Programs and social play will start back up in the very near future. We will keep you posted. The Pro Shop will be fully staffed starting tomorrow and you can call after 9:00 a.m. to make your court reservation.
- The Member who reserved the court is asked to call 30 minutes prior to play to get their court number. Please then let the other players in the group know which court to go to, helping to limit the number of calls to the Pro Shop.
- Members are asked to inform their Guests to call ahead to pay their Guest Fee over the phone if paying by credit card. Cash payments will be taken inside.
- Players asked to wash their hands prior to play and then go directly to their assigned court without congregating on the deck.
- No more than 5 clients will be allowed in the Pro Shop at any time. As soon as your business is concluded, please leave the shop as there will be no socializing inside.
- Players are to bring their own water to the courts. The water fountains are closed to general use. Water is available for purchase in the Pro Shop.
- For those players concerned about handling the balls, it is suggested that a glove be used on the non-dominent hand. Bring hand sanitizer, and wash your hands after play.
- There will be no social gatherings on the deck before or after play.
We know it is not perfect, but it is a start. Please continue to be considerate to other Members as we all get used to the new normal. Our staff have kept busy spring cleaning and are ready to welcome you back to our home! We look forward to seeing you back at the club.
